ROOM CANCELLATION: Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.

CSDA/CCAD CANCELLATION POLICY: Before August 27, 2025, CSDA/CCAD will reimburse registrations less a $75 administrative fee. No reimbursements will be issued for dinner after September 11, 2025. Refunds will not be provided for individuals who do not attend. Substitutes are welcome.
